CABIN DETAILS: Room and bed arrangements are as follows:

Main Level includes main LR (with several leather recliners and large screen cable TV) with outdoor balcony, DR with gas fireplace, large main kitchen (cooktop, double wall ovens, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer), separate breakfast area, half bath, laundry/utility room with sink and full-sized washer/dryer, and direct entry from front porch or from attached direct-entry double garage;
- Bedroom 1: w/ensuite bathroom, king bed plus twin-sized bunk beds, and extra convertible twin bed; private balcony. (This bathroom has a jetted tub, double sinks, and a smaller enclosed room with extra-private toilet and walk-in shower.)
Level 3 includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large loft:
- Bedroom 2: w/ensuite bathroom, king bed, twin-sized bunk beds, and additional convertible twin bed;
- Bedroom 3: twin-over-queen bunk bed plus additional convertible twin bed;
- Loft: twin-over-futon sofa bunk bed (futon opens to double bed), and two additional convertible twin beds;
- Second full bathroom with double sinks.
Level 1 includes a second LR (with recliners, full-sized pool table, foosball, and cable TV), second dining area, second full kitchen (cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer), 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full-sized washer/dryer, walkout to large patio; plus additional side door and path to front:
- Bedroom 4: w/ensuite bathroom, queen bed, twin-sized bunk beds, and additional convertible twin bed;
- Bedroom 5: two twin-sized bunk beds (can be pushed together for use as a king bed), and additional convertible twin bed;
- Bedroom 6: queen bed plus twin-sized bunk beds;
- Second full bathroom on Level 1.
- Back door to the large patio and private 8-Person Hot Tub, and side door to the short path to the front of the house.
All five full bathrooms have full-sized tubs and showers.
All kitchen and bathroom counters are solid slab granite.
All appliances in both kitchens are stainless steel.
There are two sets of full-sized front loading Washers & Dryers.

Please add $100-200 per night (extra charge for maximum of 3 nights per Holiday stay).
One-time Cleaning Fee:
$295 Non-refundable One-Time Cleaning Fee.
(Extra charge may apply for very large groups or functions.)
Weekly Rental Guests are offered mid-week housekeeping at NO additional charge.
Security/Damage Deposit:
$1,000 (FULLY REFUNDABLE if no damage or loss, and if no unusual cleaning required.)
NO SMOKING OR PETS: Extra cleaning fees will apply for any smoking/pets on premises.
